Our licensed Tearoom is housed in a former one room schoolhouse built in the early 1900s to serve the communities of New Bonaventure, Kerley's Harbour, White Point and George's Cove. The school closed in the mid 1960s due to resettlement and became the Anglican Church Womens' (ACW) Hall. It was purchased and beautifully restored by the Cape Random Trust in 2005.
The Tearoom is the first stop on your adventure at Random Passage. Here you can obtain information about the Site and purchase your admission pass for a guided tour; grab a take-away picnic lunch to hit the trails; or enjoy a meal featuring the freshest of locally sourced ingredients from land and sea.
And before you leave, be sure to browse the gifts and crafts created by local artisans.
